My internal crazy lady should not have access to a phone with a qwerty keyboard. She is capable of not calling a person. But she just can't resist sending a nasty text message when she feels it is well deserved. And it doesn't help that I'm watching my weight, so my internal fat lady is encouraging my internal crazy lady to act a fool!!
